Description

Battle insane enemies, use over a billion firearms, collect different types of loot and treasure and defend your planet from the cruelest cult leader, the Calypso Twins. The popular Borderlands shooter-looter has returned with a lot more weaponry and a completely new adventure filled with brand new enemies to slay, new classes to play with, and new locations to discover. Borderlands 3 is the fourth major installment in Gearbox Software's Borderlands game series. It's an action role-playing first-person shooter that was released by 2K Games.

Borderlands 3 is a first-person shooter with a loot system. You choose and play with one of the four new classes included in the game, either alone or with a group of two to four friends. Amara, Moze, Zane, and FL4K are the four new playable Vault Hunters introduced in the game. You earn skill points as you progress through the game and level up, which you may use on the skill tree to enhance and strengthen your character.

As with any other Borderlands game, your goal is to complete tasks and objectives handed by the number of NPCs scattered in the open world in order to earn experience, new equipment, and rewards. You can also obtain these things by slaying enemies in the open world.

Enemies usually drop many equipment and weapons that can be used once they are defeated. You earn experience with every enemy killed and mission completed which rewards with skill points to help your character grow stronger and slay tougher enemies.

Story missions are progression based require the completion of certain tasks and objectives in order to advance through the main story. There are also side quests that grant you valuable loot and new weapons to help in your journey.

Story-wise, you join Lilith and the Crimson Raiders to aid her to eliminate the threat of the Calypso Twins. There is a lot to discover in the open world of Borderlands 3 from locations, outposts, treasure, and even NPCs.

Borderlands 3 follows the footsteps of the prior Borderlands games requiring you to complete missions, kill enemies, loot treasure chests, and acquire new weapons that vary in damage, range, and other special perks and fit your style of playing.

The variation of weapons is the main spotlight of the game and where it shines. Unbelievably, there are over one billion guns, you read it right!

You have access to elemental weapons that cause either fire, ice, or electrical damage, while other ones are capable of causing status effects on enemies such as radiation, corrosive, and cryo.

Aside from all the weapons and characters variation in the game, Borderlands 3 introduces to you new combat techniques and abilities like crouch-sliding and wall mounting.

When we talk about Borderlands, we must mention the writing and the humor in it. Now the writing of the game is not the strongest aspect of it, but we can not deny that the humor and the jokes in it are what keep the game fun. Some characters and jokes are just hilarious to give you a laugh even in the most chaotic encounters.

What makes Borderlands 3 storyline stand out is that it has a variety of missions and objectives for you to achieve in each chapter to always keep you busy and entertained.

With each chapter of the game, the story flows into the next one, and after you finish a chapter, the next one will immediately be available for you to progress through it so you won't have to worry about finding your next objective. Of course, not to forget that you will always have side quests to extend your gameplay time.

When it comes to the main story of Borderlands 3, it's pretty linear. That means there are no different endings, so you may do whatever you want because there will be no penalties or consequences that will disrupt the game's flow.

Now the last thing we want to talk about in this article is some tips to help you travel and discover the world of Borderlands 3:

●      Take a look at the Claptrap units that are not working because they reward you with a decent amount of EXP, but also Eridium which you can spend at Earl's

●      Side quests are not just there to fill your mission log, they are available to reward you with valuable weapons and a good amount of EXP to get your character stronger and make your journey easier.

●      Don't forget to upgrade your ammo and inventory when you visit Marcus on Sanctuary, especially since a huge portion of the game is killing enemies. So you will always need to stock on ammo and upgrade it to be able to carry more.

●      You can respec whenever you want! Yes, you can mess around with your skill points until you find that perfect build for your character. This way you won't have to overthink where you should put your next skill point, so feel free to experiment with all the available skills.

That’s about it for today’s article. You are welcome to share your game experience in the comment area below so that more people will read and learn from it in order to enjoy the game.
